"Cozy Sleep" retail concept for the SONIT brand

SONIT, a Belarusian manufacturer of mattresses, furniture, and sleep accessories, needed to update its retail brand identity. The goal was to create a space that reflects the brand's key values ​​(style, eco-friendliness, and craftsmanship) and is easily scalable to various store formats to strengthen its market position.


Solution
The project is based on the "Cozy Sleep" concept, expressed through two pilot projects with different configurations. The design is built on the contrast of natural wood, deep gray tones, and the collections' accent colors, ensuring clear zoning and intuitive navigation.

The space is divided into logical blocks: the main exhibition, the premium luxury segment, the children's line, and a tactile accessories area where you can experience the materials by touch.

Particular attention was paid to communication. A system of emotional POS materials was developed that links sleep quality with vital energy, along with a pricing system.

Result
A universal and scalable concept that transforms mattress purchases into a conscious self-care ritual, increasing brand awareness and loyalty to SONIT.
